Processing & Shipping
This unit is made to order. Processing time depends on the amount of customization involved and is currently 20 business days (weekends and holidays not included). Processing time is separate from shipping. Once your order ships by UPS, FedEx or DHL, delivery takes 2 to 4 business days. Shipping is $20 within the US, and international shipping is calculated at checkout.
All sales are final. Orders cannot be canceled or changed once placed, except for your shipping address, which can be edited before your order finishes processing (contact us as soon as possible, as your order may ship earlier than the full processing time). If your order arrives incorrect or damaged, email info@thehairnutritionist.com within one week of delivery and we'll offer an expedited exchange.

Please note that the raw wavy, Burmese curly, and deep curly extensions are provided on a donor basis, which means there will be slight variations in the shades of brown, as well as the pattern they come in.
