All personalized units are crafted with a turnaround time of 30 business days. To get started, kindly note that a deposit of $500 is required. The $500 deposit will PARTIALLY cover the cost of your extensions (if the cost of extensions for your order is under $500 your balance will be due upon completion). You will be contacted via text to confirm the remaining balance. Base construction, lace customization, and styling is $275 & color is priced upon request. This purchase does not guarantee an in person appointment, this is strictly an order for an item. PAYMENT FOR YOUR EXTENSIONS NEEDED WILL BE DUE NO LATER THAN 7 BUSINESS DAYS AFTER YOUR BOOKING.

Processing & Shipping
Custom wigs are crafted with a turnaround time of 30 business days (weekends and holidays not included). Turnaround time is separate from shipping. Once your order ships by UPS, FedEx or DHL, delivery takes 2 to 4 business days. Shipping is $20 within the US, and international shipping is calculated at checkout.
All sales are final. Orders cannot be canceled or changed once placed, except for your shipping address, which can be edited before your order finishes processing (contact us as soon as possible, as your order may ship earlier than the full processing time). If your order arrives incorrect or damaged, email info@thehairnutritionist.com within one week of delivery and we'll offer an expedited exchange.
Return Policy:
All items are final sale and will have a processing time of 14 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Please note that the raw wavy, Burmese curly, and deep curly extensions are provided on a donor basis, which means there will be slight variations in the shades of brown, as well as the pattern they come in.
