All sales are final. We do not accept returns and we do not offer refunds, so please review your order carefully before you check out.
Orders Cannot Be Canceled or Changed
Once an order is placed, it cannot be canceled or changed. The one exception is your shipping address, which can be edited before your order finishes processing. Contact us as soon as possible, because your order may ship earlier than the full processing time. Please double-check your length, texture, color and size before you pay.
Processing Time
Processing is the time it takes us to prepare your order before it ships. It is separate from shipping time. Weekends and holidays are not counted, and processing can run longer during sales and holiday seasons.

Our premade units are made to order, and their processing time depends on the amount of customization involved. The current time is always listed on each product page.
Shipping
Shipping is $20 within the US. International shipping is calculated at checkout. We ship with UPS, FedEx and DHL, and delivery takes 2 to 4 business days after your order ships. Optional shipping protection through Route is available at checkout and covers lost, broken or stolen shipments.
Variation in Raw Hair
Raw wavy and Burmese curly hair is provided on a donor basis. Shade and pattern may vary slightly from order to order.
Incorrect or Damaged Orders
If your order arrives incorrect or damaged, we offer an expedited exchange. Email us at info@thehairnutritionist.com within one week of delivery with your order number and a description of the problem.
Custom Wigs
Custom wigs are crafted with a turnaround of 30 business days. A $500 deposit is required to begin, and it partially covers the cost of your extensions. Payment for the extensions needed is due no later than 7 business days after booking.
